- With types of accommodation where the last cleaning and residence tax are not included into the cost, they are specifically stated as such and have to be paid for additionally on the day of arrival.
- Special services such as a garage, air-conditioner, washing machine, boat berths, etc., are, if not included in the price, and stated in the accommodation description as available with additional payment, paid for on the day of arrival at the price listed by the agency with which You signed for.
